Community Engagement Support Worker

We support clients across Ipswich and Suffolk to live as independently as possible with support that meets their needs. Within community engagement we work with clients for a few hours a day where we offer 2 to 12 hour shifts, we try to fit around you wherever possible. Looking for shifts to fit within school hours? we can often do this.

We have amazing clients all who face a disability or disadvantage, each person is unique and so is the care we offer.

Care experience is preferred but not essential, we are happy to train and offer personal development to all staff. Driving is also preferred but not essential.
